Rector of the Nefteyugansk Corporate Institute of OOO "RN-Uganskneftegas".
The institute meets the demand of the oil and gas companies of the Nefteyugansk region in the high quality and continuous training of personnel for the hazardous production facilities. Provides vocational education services to the population of the region meeting the demand of the business community. Total number of the academic programs exceeds 200 covering the main vocational training disciplines, and over 400 additional training programs. The employable population of the region has access to vocational education at the Institute and can obtain the necessary skills and qualifications required by the oil industry. From 2005 Oil Company "Rosneft" has been the single owner of the Institute. A representative of the owner in the Company's operation region is OOO "RN-Uganskneftegas". In 2015 NCI has been awarded the "Vocational Qualification Center" status.
In 1998 Maxim Vladimirovich graduated with honors from the Siberian State Geodesic Academy" in Novosibirsk majoring in "Astro-geodesics". In 2017 he successfully fulfilled the continuous education course "Organization Management" at the Public Administration Institute.
